Fuel Sales Manager

One of the dominant player of the oil / energy industry is looking for a talented Fuel Sales Manager to develop business on the Hungarian market.


- Acquisition of new customers and the retention/growth of existing customers
- Actively manage and service his/her customer portfolio and deal with all internal and external commercial aspects.
- Lead and independently run contract negotiations with new and existing customers within defined authority schemes
- Ensure a smooth execution of the Sales Order Process from offer to billing in close coordination with the assigned customer sales and service colleagues
- Monitor accounts receivable, customer credit limits and insurance/collateral coverage
- Efficiently implement product and marketing strategies
- Deliver or exceed defined annual targets (sales volumes, net margin, EBIT, cost, etc.) and monitor them on an ongoing basis
- Increase the number of cross-selling customers
- Ensure a high quality of customer service and to promote customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with laws, rules, instructions, circulars, operating agreements, Risk Management
- Learn and improve necessary sales and product expertise, including for cross-selling
- Foster a culture of close coordination and cooperation with management, customer sales and service colleagues and close-by departments
- Continuously monitor changes in the market/competitive environment


- Fluent in spoken and written Hungarian
- Good knowledge of English
- At least 3 years of experience in direct sales
- Negotiations skills and persuasiveness
- Ability for self-organization
- 'B' category driving license
- University degree
