Our client is a prestigious multinational company in the tourism sector, we are looking for French Speaking Client Relationship Coordinators to their Budapest- based business services center.
- Provides a single point of contact for the customers during and after their travels,
- Provides a warm, friendly and personal inbound customer service through inbound voice and via email,
- Develops improvements in customer satisfaction for the long term to deliver business needs,
- Has the ability to work in shifts,
- Manages customer request: receive request, quote and order, involve other teams when required,
- Updates customer and account team on progress.
- Fluent French and English is a must,
- Experience in Customer service or Tourism field,
- College or University degree,
- Excellent customer-oriented attitude,
- Motivated, open minded, creative, flexible, dynamic personality with strong drive for efficiency and development,
- Ability to solve problems, organized, methodical, objective, self-starter and proactive personality.
