- Handle incoming phone calls - Accept and start to process, solve or forward SW/HW and telephony problems - Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems - Accept and support SW and HW orders - Analyses requests and problems and develops solution suggestions
- Fluent French skills - Fluent, strong conversational level of English - Experience in desktop support helpdesk or other customer related experience is an advantage - Strong problem solving skills - Good communications and customer handling skills
