French Speaking Process Support Specialist

  • Provide administrative support for front-office entities
  • Maintain professional working relationship with customers, partners and other entities of the company
  • Ensure data is accurately entered and maintained in process documentations, follow-up and record changes
  • Solve problems and answer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Keep contact with authorities of the countries supported
  • Provide accurate information to both business customers and support teams through the correct use of all information technology systems
  • College or University degree
  • Fluency in French and at least intermediate English language skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Attention to details, good problem solving skills
  • Assertive, client oriented personality
  • Experience in Shared Service environment is an advantage
