Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we are looking for an Inside Sales Global Account Manager to their Budapest-based business services center.

Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we are looking for an Inside Sales Global Account Manager to their Budapest-based business services center.
The role holder is a driven Sales Account Manager, who works together with the Global Account team to develop long term customer relationships.

While working within a Global Account team and working together with Global Account director on a limited number of Global focus accounts you will fulfil the following responsibilities.
• Building long term relationships with Account Team and Customer
• Creating the client landscape
• Generating leads / new business opportunities using Inside Sales (DBAM) defined capabilities
• Protecting existing revenues
• Administration and forecasting business opportunities in Salesforce
• Maintaining the customer contact matrix

Achieving Contract Value and Revenue targets by
• Selling the company's portfolio using Inside Sales (DBAM) defined capabilities according to account strategy
• Resigning or upgrading existing contracts
• Targeting the customers with occasional sales campaigns, delivering campaign targets
• Understanding the customer inventory and cost base.

Elvárások / Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
• Degree level or equivalent job experience. Previous experience in customer facing roles is an advantage
• Telco/IT sector experience an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, good negotiation and influencing skills.
• Professional approach to team and client relationships
• Enthusiasm about technology and telecommunication
• Ability to present commercial solution to a varied audience
• Ability to work independently and taking ownership of sales projects
