- Providing HR related administrative support to the Canadian Shared Service Center and its customers
- Handling risk notifications, administration and translation. of accident reports
- Updating the training system
- Compliance related reporting activities and tasks.
- Ensure internal compliance.
- Fluency in French and at least intermediate English
- Flexible and multi-tasking
- Very strong attention to details and accuracy/data integrity
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Customer-orientation, conscientious, willingness to learn
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Previous experience in the field of HR administration (on-the-job training will be provided)
- Spanish language knowledge
