Our multinational client is a leading provider of IT infrastructure services for which we look for new candidates to French speaking first line analyst position.
Main tasks Main tasks • As a member of a first line customer support team, find the best and the easiest solution for customer problems • Keeping daily contact with our international customers and teams • Resolving IT issues which can occur during the course of office work • Answering support queries via tools, phone and email • Documentation and logging of calls on the ticketing tool • Delegation of problems which cannot be resolved on first level to the competent teams • Maintaining and improve customer satisfaction levels
Requirements • At least strong intermediate knowledge of English and fluency in French • Excellent communication skills • Knowledge of MS Office and Windows 7 • Great teamplayer • Experience in customer service or service desk field is a big advantage
