- Create & maintain accurate customer data for all countries
- Create CS Online system accounts, PIN numbers & letters for customers
- Management of Lotus Notes Shared Inbox requests on a timely basis
- Daily communication with Customer Service teams and in-country Sales Teams
- Check that all information in the Legacy Systems matches that of SAP
- Report all customer information for other departments directly from SAP
- Solve complex queries escalated by Customer Account Contact team
- Fluency in English and French languages
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential in this role as candidates will be working with and checking large amounts of data downloaded from SAP into Excel.
- Intermediate MS-Excel Skills are essential
- Candidates must have excellent Customer Service skills towards both internal and external customers
- Ability to solve complex problems when needed
