French Speaking Customer Care Team Leader



  • Manage a team of customer service agents (15-20)
  • Proactively develop the skills, competencies and knowledge of customer service team members
  • Carry out regular one to ones with all direct reports
  • Organize and conduct regular meetings and appraisals with direct reports
  • Understand the relevant procedures and processes
  • Proactively drive process improvement
  • Ensure timely resolution of requests within the customer relationship management system
  • Deliver service by managing workflow, ensuring adequate holiday, training and sickness cover
  • Provide first level escalation for any issues raised by the team
  • Develop, achieve and monitor KPIs aligned to the Service Level Agreements
  • Work closely with other team leaders to ensure that overall operational objectives are met, ideas shared and lessons learnt
  • 3-5 years experience at a multinational company in the field of customer service/IT helpdesk
  • 1-2 years team leading experience in customer service/IT helpdesk
  • Fluency in French and English
  • University or College degree
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • High Level of IT proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft packages
