French speaking Billing Specialist



  • Support the billing activities for a particular region
  • Support the finance teams in accounts receivables functions
  • Generate customer invoices and ensure that they are sent on time
  • Process all manual and automatic invoice requests and ensure they have been approved
  • Liaise with cutomers and staff to resolve queries and requests
  • Support the order to cash management team
  • Take part in the month end close processes
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Support intenal and external audits
  • Fluency in English and French
  • University or College degree in economics (preferably in finance or accounting) OR at least 1 year of experience in a financial role in a shared service environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word
  • Ability to meet priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcome!
  • Experience in a shared service center
  • ERP knownledge (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
