French Speaking Back Office Representative


Location:
  • Budapest
Responsibilities:
  • First point of contact for any written form of enquiries from both new and existing customers and consumers
  • Interact with customers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
  • Handle all customer and support requests via e-mail in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide information to both business customers and support teams
  • Follow up router’s delivery status and technicians’ shedule
  • Escalate activities that are not actioned by assignees and any high risk customer issues
  • Ensure data is accurately entered and maintained in all Customer Service and data collection systems
Requirements:
  • Fluent French and intermediate English language knowledge
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
Advantages:
  • Experience of incident logging systems
  • Knowledge/experience of PC systems & components
