French speaking Accounting Team Leader

Responsibilities:

  • daily coordination of the team
  • track the performance of the team members
  • manage intercompany statements/balances
  • analyze and book recharges
  • manage account reconciliation and general ledger correction
  • define means of process and performance improvement
  • keep regular contact with business units and partners
  • create reports to the partners and managers

Requirements:

  • Fluent French and English knowledge
  • University or College degree in Economics
  • 2 years relevant professional experience
  • 1 years people management experience
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to meet priorities and deadlines
