For our multinational partner we are looking for a
French Speaking Resourcing Administrator


Responsibilities:

  • Handling resourcing tasks and recruitment administration
  • Supports the recruiters in job advertisement creation, manages job ads in external and internal channels
  • Takes part in recruitment and selection processes
  • Collects new hire data, handles contract administration
  • Performs induction trainings via phone and handles termination administration
  • Deals with hiring adminstration and vendor management
  • Contributes to the successfull delivery of HR Services to customers

Requirements:

  • University or college degree (preferably in HR)
  • Experience in administrative field (preferably within HR)
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Detail-oriented and accurate personality
  • Good communication skills and proactive attitude
