French IT Helpdesk Analyst

Location:
Budapest

Responsibilities:

• Provide first line technical support to clients
• Handling inbound phone calls and e-mails regarding company-specific applications and software
• Diagnosis and resolution of client problems
• Escalate difficult issues to the responsible levels and departments 
• Properly logging each case in the computer system
• Solving the problems effectively and following-up unsolved cases

Requirements:

• Fluency in French and English is a must
• At least half year relevant IT Helpdesk experience
• Flexible, open minded and cheerful personality
• Excellent communication skills
