Grade D Starting salary £31,317 (rising to £32,317 following a successful probation period)

The Children's Food Trust is the national charity providing expert advice, information and training to enable children and their families to cook and eat healthily. We do this through a range of products, services and activities to achieve the maximum change for children and young people.

This challenging and rewarding role is central to the Children's Food Trust achieving it's ambition to be the best at providing effective solutions for providers of good quality, nutritious food for children, young people and their families. Working closely with a Regional colleague you will provide training & support for organisations & clubs running cooking activities across your region. This will involve organising and delivering training events, locating and booking venues, managing casual staff, setting up cooking clubs, arranging local support and advising on funding, health and safety, equipment and much more. Your flair for cooking and teaching others to cook will be key to this role alongside your experience in securing and leading projects involving a range of customers. Strong influencing and negotiating skills will be central to maintaining relationships and achieving buy-in and support for our work. You should have a UK driving licence and be prepared to drive a van and load/unload equipment when running training events
