Description of position:    The Finance & Administration role is to ensure that our suppliers invoices are correct, which will include familiarity with the financial terms of the suppliers contracts, and working with the supplier account key personnel.

Duties:    Key Responsibilities

· Log and process all invoices & credit notes received through SAP

· Analyse the different types of invoices and update the supplier control spreadsheet with the appropriate allocation of VAT

· Monitor movement of invoices/credits to ensure they flow through the Accounts Payable system correctly

· Follow up and resolve any outstanding debt. Track any missing invoices and request a duplicate copy from the leasing company

· Maintaining and submission of Balance sheet reconciliations for Expenses in accordance with Financial instructions.

· Supply F&P Team Lead with analysis of spend in order to support their financial planning

· Running report of all employees with a fuel card and calculating the VAT liability for the VAT Return to HM Customs and Excise.

Requirements, skills:    Required

•- Bachelor's Degree

•- Strong financial knowledge, especially Accounts Payable experience

•- High level of accuracy and numeracy required to analyse financial data English: Fluent

Known languages:    Fluent English knowledge
