On behalf of our multinational partner, operating in the service sector we are looking for a candidate for the following position:

Fleet Administrator

- Pool car management (160 cars)
- Ordering of long time and short-term rent for customer
- Consultation of the employees with regard to the car policy/car selected
- Compilation of the annual vehicle replacement plan
- Obtaining the approvals if required for new car orders
- Support of the delivery coordination
- Cooperation with the leasing company to facilitate monthly/quarterly reporting
- Insurance management, breakdown assistance
- Fuel Management (cost management, invoicing, reporting)
- Regarding vehicle returns: pick up cars from leaving employees, refurbishment of cars before reallocation to new users
- Invoice control and posting / payment of the invoices (fines management)
- Organizing the online driver safety program, operational administration of driving training module
- Allocation of parking spaces leased in the office buildings, ensuring of cards for the car users
- Reporting internal/external
- Occasionally acts as a receptionist in part-time

- Higher degree (college or university)
- 1-3 years relevant experience in fleet management
- Fluent English language knowledge both written and oral
- Good command of MS Office
- Preciseness, accuracy
- Good team-player, flexibility
- Good communication and organization skills
- Customer-oriented approach
