Our Client is a successful Shared Service Centre in Budapest supporting their clients in accounting related fields. They are currently looking for candidates in Fix term IT Helpdesk Agent for 1 year Project positions.
- Main point of contact for Suppliers and Customers to be connected - Drive, coordinate and execute the Supplier and Customer Onboarding activities - Assist the development of the Operations to ensure that it’s is aligned to Global Terminals - Meet the Programme lead times - Manage project plan if required - Report project progress, issues and risks - Escalate issues as per the agreed escalation process
- Fluency in English is essential - Fluency in German or Spanish or Italian is an advantage - University or College degree - 3+ years’ experience in a shared service centre environment - Experience in different ERP modules (preferably accounting and MDM) - Can-do attitude and ability to communicate effectively - Project management experience is advantage
