Our client is a Budapest Business Centre providing financial and administrative service to its affiliates and is seeking a professional for the position.
Financial Operations Manager
Feladatok:
- Coordinate, manage and monitor the work of the operations team
- Responsible for multiple processes: Account Payable, General Ledger
- Maintain regular contact with the client (verbal and written communication)
- Active participation in identifying and correcting any process related issues coming from customer
- Exact knowledge of agreements of the customer, responsibility for their realization
- Organize and lead project initiatives
- Prepare regular reports
- Fulfill all administrative requirements (attendance, headcount management etc)
- Ensure NPS results are meeting with company
Elvárások:
- University or college degree in Finance/Accounting
- 3 - 5 years of experience preferably in the fields of finance, accounting and customer service
- People management practice
- High level of English one other European language knowledge is advantage
- Excellent communications and time management skills
- Project management experience and strong leadership skills
- High level of flexibility and independence
- Logical and operational way of thinking, initiative, result orientation
- Good presentation and organisation skills, excellent decision-making skills
