Finance and Insurance Manager - Land Rover Leeds

£25,000 basic salary, £55,000 OTE depending on skills and experience and Company Car

Due to our current expansion plans we require an additional dedicated F&I Manager. Experience in the role, within a prestige environment, as well as a proven track record is essential for this role.

The purpose of this role is to lead and manage a controlled sales process, through regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart. To serve and support Sales Executives to sell a combination of new and/or used vehicles, with a small range of add-on products, finance and GAP insurance whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.

The role holder must also maintain full and accurate records of all transactions that will be required for the preparation and completion of relevant paperwork accurately and in accordance with legal requirements. They will also participate in sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales penetration and are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.

Therefore we are looking for a driven and motivated, yet disciplined, individual who is able to communicate well and create a rapport with our customers. Your passion, energy and commitment must be second to none and should be able to be demonstrated at interview. You must also be able to demonstrate a superb track record within a Business Manager role, with a settled career history in the Motor Industry. You must have the ability to deliver consistently against performance targets. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to galvanise a team to achieve targets. You will also possess a clean driving license and be FCA approved.

Role & Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:

• Customer Satisfaction (CSI): To build trust, communicate well and exceed customer satisfaction
expectations and, where there is a manufacturer score to exceed their national average. To provide a
service-based experience to customers and make them feel the value of placing their custom with the

• Maximising Opportunities: To maximise the opportunity for the Sales Executives to do business by
ensuring they prospect, follow-up and handle phone in, walk in and Internet enquiries. Second-face,
where necessary, in line with Group policy of ?No-one Walks? and ensure the team adheres to the
Active Sales Process at all times.

• Maximising Profit: Through achieving the monthly targets, set by your Manager, for unit sales, profit
per unit, finance penetration and add-on products in a professional and honest manner.

• Data Quality and FCA Compliance: To ensure all the Sales Executives accurately and vigorously
collect all customer and vehicle data in order to maximise the quality and content of the customer
database. Manage the Sales Executives` Diaries in line with Group strategy and ensure adherence to
the Company`s FCA obligations at all times.
