Financial Accounting Team Leader with a Tax/Intrastat Focus

Our newly established international client's Budapest based SSC is currently looking for a Financial Accounting Team Leader.

Feladatok:

- Manage a Financial Accounting team (8-9 FTE)
- Act as a coach and support the personal development of the team members
- Ensure continuous process improvement in the FA function, manage the required changes in a timely and effective manner
- Build strong partnership with various business partners to achieve high level of customer satisfaction among internal customers and Indirect Tax Manager
- Assist in successful FA migrations from the Business Units to the Europe SSC, Budapest
- Maintain the effectiveness of the controls and operating procedures and ensure full compliance with Internal Audit and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements

Elvárások:

- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least 3 years experience in a Team Leader role in Financial Accounting
- Knowledge/interest in the Tax and Intrastat fields
- Strong pople management skills
- Fluent English knowledge is required, command of any other European language is an advantage
- ERP knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage and develop a team
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Proactive, problem solving mindset
