Finance Operations Manager



  • Manage transition of finance and accounting processes to the Shared Service Centre in Budapest
  • Coordinate and support activities across different finance teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact in connection with financial issues
  • Provide guidance, support, training and mentoring for operations teams
  • Identify process improvement needs and support optimisation and standardization efforts
  • Continuous improvement of financial services
  • Provide technical analysis and feedback regarding impact of projects, upgrades and modifications
  • Manage relationships with service providers, regional SMEs and the CFO
  • Ensure that control functions are working effectively across all processes and systems
  • Support service delivery in order to meet agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Recognised professional qualification in a business or finance field
  • Fluency in English
  • Demonstrated process expertise in R2R field
  • Min. 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Min. 2-4 years experience in leading and managing cross functional teams (preferably in an SSC)
  • Project management and organizational change experience in a multinational environment
  • Willingness to travel

Experience in continuous improvement tools and techniques such as Kaizen, Lean or Six Sigma
