– Drive the Financial Operation Teams to meet defined performance targets in relation to accuracy, quality and timeliness, based on customer KPIs and MIs – Day to day identification of quality issues and risks and escalation of such issues – Establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with clients, Auditors, colleagues and management – Line management and ongoing development via coaching and mentoring of the individuals within the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables teams. - Manage the team of 20 FTEs
- University or College degree - Chartered accountant qualification - Relevant Finance and Accounting experience – Experience of managing incoming accounting process migrations in a growing SSC - IFRS experience is preferred – Knowledge of internal controls - Process improvement/migration knowledge - Fluent English is a must - Supervisory practice, preferably in a Shared Services environment, with potential to develop people and process management skills to the next level
