Finance Assistant/Office Manager

Responsibilities:
- Office administration, including ordering supplies, greeting visitors, managing service providers, managing facilities, answering phones and other administrative duties
- Back office procedures, including clearing statement reconciliations, variance investigation, escalation and reporting, and coordination with clearing firms
- Various administrative assignments and special projects as requested by company managers

Követelmények
- Min. 5 years of office management experience (financial service back office or banking experience preferred)
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English (and native Hungarian)
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to communicate well with co-workers and suppliers
- Experience in working with senior management
