Responsibilities:
- As Sales Controller, you are responsible for leading the value chain improvement/analyses, by co-piloting the commercial organization, and by acting as a proactive and hands on business partner, with the ultimate aim to improve ROS
- Support the commercial controller in the value chain analysis of Sales including Wholesale, HoReCa and Independent Retail
- Evaluate the effectiveness of Sales activities and promotions
- Define and realise process improvement initiatives across the spectrum of working with Sales
- Present recommendation on commercial meetings and drive implementation of approved guidelines/ rules
- Implement group best practices and ensure adherence to group guidelines and practices
- Contribute to monthly closure, budgeting and planning cycle
- Translate sales volumes to financial insights, by partnering up with sales in forecast preparation
- Help Sales with performance tracking and management with regular and ad-hoc analysis on various fields of the value chain
- Act as gate keeper between Accounting and Sales on topic of Bonus, Accruals
- Support the TT optimization with analyses (within TTOP framework) and ensure relevant arguments delivered through insights and customer profitability understanding
Requirements:
- Bachelors or degree in relevant field (finance, economics, marketing, etc.) or MBA
- At least 3 years experience in finance, marketing or sales positions, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Experience in commercial finance is an advantage
- Understanding of FMCG category (Route to Market, Distribution models, Shopper Marketing)
- Fluent in English
