Our client’s current emphasis is on finding the best HR Proffessionals for its newly set up HR Shared Service team in Budapest.
English AND one of the following languages are requiered: Spanish French Portuguese
- Providing complex administrative support for full Employee Lifecycle related processes such as Contracts and Documents, Employee Data Management, Compensation and Benefits or Learning and Development - Manages complex case or issue investigation to resolution. - Provide timely response to employee and manager enquiries in line with the departmental service level agreements - Work closely with the Contact Center team, in country HR team and external vendors
Fluent English skills is a must and excellent command one of the following languages:Spanish or French or Portuguese - 1-3 years of HR Shared Service Center experience(customer service is also acceptable) - Excellent planning, organizational and follow up skills - Strong client focus - Performance orientation - Ability to handle multiple tasks and initiatives
