Our Client is a multinational and prestigious company in the Telecom sector. To their continuously expanding team in Budapest we are looking for an Office Administrator in full time position.
-provides both clerical and administrative support to professionals,
- being involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures
-devising and maintaining office systems
-using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases
- office administration
- HR administration
- assisting the company management
- language skills: Hungarian speaker, excellent command of English and intermediate level of German is an advantage
- education: higher level of education in Administration or related
- experience: at least 3 years experience in administration at a competitive business enterprise of medium/large size
- personality: open and social with strong organizational and initiative skills,
motivated, creative, flexible, dynamic personality with strong drive for efficiency and development,
-IT, organisational and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
-ability to start on 6th January, 2014
