Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we look for Experienced Service Desk Professionals to their recently established operation.
As a Service Desk Professional your tasks will be the following:
- Support the clients in IT related problems via email and telephone - Solve or forward network and complex IT problems - Analyse requests and problems and develop solution suggestions - Communicate in professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems
- Fluent French and English is mandatory (C1) - At least 1 year of experience in Service Desk/Helpdesk positions - Strong computer knowledge - Customer orientation - Problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot technical issues - Personal accountability - Proactive and dynamic personality - Ready to learn new solutions - Advantage: Avaya/CCNA knowledge
