On a behalf of our multinational partner operating in a field of real estate we are
currently seeking a dynamic and hardworking person for the following position :

Executive Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Support Managing Directors in their day to day activities, including communications, scheduling of business and private meetings, etc. and any other needs of the Managing Directors
- Organizing travel arrangements, both business and private, dealing with concerning matters
- Handle day to day front and back office duties and reception activities, including all aspects of corporate office management
- Manage the office operations
- Coordinate, manage, direct and supervise the work of the housekeeper and driver
- Manage the petty cash
- Serve as the representative of the executives, management and the corporate office

Követelmények
- University/College degree
- Minimum five years experience in a similar role
- Highly developed problem solving skills
- Flexibility in time is highly required
- Ability to accommodate evening and weekend hours, availability by phone on call is highly required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word and
Excel
- Fluency in English and Hungarian is a must
- German and any other European language advantageous
