Our multinational company is looking for an Executive Assistant.
As they are a growing and stable company in IT sector, you could gain experience in a multinational and competitive environment in its SSC in Budapest.
- Provide daily support and assistance to the Finance SSC Manager
- Organizing department events and conferences
- Schedule and organize meetings
- Attend meetings to take minutes where required
- Preparing reports, spread sheets or presentations
- Organizing and managing the regular SSC communications processes
- Supporting on ad-hoc projects
- Organizing travel arrangements and also ensure that local services (taxi, hotels...etc.) are managed
- Fluent English skills
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of MS Office package (especially Power Point and Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Precision and reliability
