Our prestigious multinational client, an international real estate company is looking for a Executive Assistant /Office Coordinator for handling the below tasks:

- Assistant to the Chief Executive
- Diary management and general assistance for Chief Executive
- Handling of approved travel requests by arranging flights, hotel, etc.
- Ordering of facility related matters, such as: office supplies, letterhead paper, business cards etc.
- Preparing reports and statistics
- Managing the corporate documents
- Prepare contracts for employees/assignees and inform them about employment/assignment legislation
- Managing recruitment processes, keeping touch with the recruitment copmanies
- Keeping touch with the payroll

Követelmények
- Preferably college/university degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar role
- Fluent knowledge of English is a must
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point
- Energetic, open-minded and responsible personality
- Business-like appearance
