European Pricing and Sales Project Management

Job Summary:

European Pricing & Sales Project Manager will drive implementation of standardized pricing processes and tools across Europe, analyze/follow up on the results and drive continuous improvement of those processes.  This role will also drive sales planning/ efficiency improvement activities and implementation of other key sales projects in European Sales

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate monthly revenue and price process inEurope
  • Analyse price index development in subregions
  • Drive monthly price clinic processes in subregions
  • Analyse daily low margin reports and initiate immediate follow up actions
  • Coordinate price authorization procedure (control transfer of authorized price into ERP system, ensure price lock down effectiveness)
  • Coordinate implementation and follow up execution of value added services pricing
  • Measure price increase implementation effectiveness (identify misses and coordinate follow up actions)
  • Continuously work on optimization of pricing processes
  • Coordinate annual budget preparation process  (including sales rep/customer budgets) in European sales
  • Coordinate quarterly forecast process and monthly Sales & Operations Planning inputs from European sales
  • Deliver weekly volume/revenue view into functional meetings.
  • Deliver market intelligence analysis on demand including segment outlook and competitor info
  • Coordinate quarterly competitor price benchmarking for main product types
  • Deliver quarterly market share analysis based on data received from
  • Drive implementation of other sales projects  as per European management requests


  • Manufacturing industry knowledge and experience of industrial products preferential
  • Educated to degree level
  • High level of general IT literacy and Excel/Access skills essential
  • Understanding of business processes, customers, markets and data mining structures
  • Ability to understand and translate technical and financial data into business proposals
  • Initiative to work independently and with little or no guidance
  • Good command of English written and spoken.
  • Graduate (or equivalent), preferably technical business administration
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience (sales support for example)
