Coordination of relocation activities of the Exploration and Production (E&P) international assignees, first point of contact of related queries.
Tasks and responsibilities
• Provide case management and end to end HR support for E&P assignees; focus on providing high level customer satisfaction • Compiling Briefing Guides, Assignment Letters and Notifications of external agencies as per assignment policies • Close cooperation with country HR Partners • Own the resolution of employee and line management queries, ensuring timely, accurate and value added responses • Manage customer queries with a continuous improvement approach
• University or college degree • At least 4 years’ HR experience • Min. 2 years’ relevant Mobility HR experience at recognized multinational companies, with stable and advanced international employment practices •Experience in working in a collaborative and international team • Attitude to display flexibility and react positively in a changing environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Fluent English; Russian and/or Arabic language knowledge is advantage • Knowledge of MS Office applications
