Day to Day Work
English speaking Service Desk Agent (for afternoon shifts)
- Provide technical help to our customers via phone and e-mail
- Register and follow up incoming calls and e-mails
- Handle coordination of more complex cases
- Close to native in English
Working hours (at weekdays)
- 2pm - 10:30pm
- 3pm - 11:30pm
- 4:30pm - 1am
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- At least user level computer literacy, troubleshooting experience is an advantage
