  • Management of all operational topics related to a big international customer
  • Management of resources and quality as a cross function through all Service Lines
  • Development and Implementation of strategy and future oriented mode of operation.
  • Development of strategy in regards to employees and their competencies according to the business strategy
  • Management of all matters, especially follow up to the topics mentioned below:
  • Quality Assurance
  • Planning and development of transition activities in regards to organizational changes.
  • Total compliance on the agreed service levels, quality targets and customer satisfaction indexes
  • Ensure target achievement and continuous optimization of processes and quality
  • Ensure operational and management reporting for quality purposes


  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent leadership skills ensuring result as a cross function
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Excellent skills in regards to internal (staff) and external (customer) communication
  • Understanding of ITIL processes, SLAs&OLAs
  • Advantages
    • Experience in developing and/or operating computer systems
    • ITIL V3 exam
    • MS Project, Office, Word, Visio knowledge
