  • Process control, responsibility and authority in terms of problem management
  • Managing and coordinating the analysis of the underlying root causes behind the incidents and defining the measures
  • Cooperation with Process managers from other teams and Processes & Quality Departments
  • Participation in activities of international groups in the area of process harmonization
  • Definition, documentation and implementation of internal and customer processes
  • Cooperation with MoD Service in Major Incidents RCA process
  • Monitoring and coordinating Problem ticket
  • Formal quality assurance of Problem tickets
  • Supporting assigned PRM analysts and solvers in case of escalations within PRM process
  • Complete reporting, using reporting tools Dashboard, PRM PCI and Business Objects
  • Providing up-to-date information, communication of all important outputs of PRM – solutions, lessons learned, workarounds etc. within the quality functional network and Knowledge DB
  • Performing analysis and consulting in the area



  • High School / University degree
  • Deep IT Knowledge
  • Knowledge of Process Standards – ITIL Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management
  • Experience in Problem Solving is a must ( Incident or Service Desk experience)
  • Microsoft Office advanced Knowledge


  • Fluent English
  • German is an advantage


  • Assertive Communication is a must
  • Presentation/Moderation Skills
  • Process Orientation and Analytical Thinking
  • Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization, including Top Management
  • Ability to work independently as well as in the team
  • Flexibility
