  • Provide technical advice and training to more junior employees

  • Identifies knowledge gaps and liaises internally and externally to fill them
  • Monitors the backlog level and ticket resolution time of the team, creating performance reports
  • Advanced level of English language knowledge
  • 2 years of experience in 1st or 2nd level roles
