Responsibilities:
  • Act as a first point of contact for 1st level agents in more complex technical issues
  • Coordinate between colleagues, end users, solvers and vendors to ensure timely resolution of problems
  • Provide technical advice and training to more junior employees
  • Ensure the knowledge base is up to date and maintain knowledge articles
  • Identifies knowledge gaps and liaises internally and externally to fill them
  • Monitors the backlog level and ticket resolution time of the team, creating performance reports
Requirements:
  • Advanced level of English language knowledge
  • 2 years of experience in 1st or 2nd level roles
  • Strong customer and team-oriented focus
  • Self-starter and pro-active approach to work
