Our client is looking for an English and Norwegian speaking Contracts Assistant into the Customer Service Team within the Business Support Centre in Budapest for the following tasks:
- Create and manage contracts and price agreements in SAP.
- Setting up new contracts and modifying existing contracts based on documentation received from in country.
- Generating financial transactions based on clients contractual agreements and ensuring timely payments.
- Fluency in English AND Norwegian,
- Analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy,
- Organised and Team Player,
- Good numeric skills,
- Excellent Customer Service skills towards both internal and external customers and provide swift and timely follow-up to queries.
