We are looking for a candidate for one of our international clients in the banking sector for the following position:


Key Responsibilities:
- Obtaining quotations as determined by purchasing policies
- Managing ad-hoc transactional sourcing activity
- Placing orders with vendors through the Oracle P2P application
- Managing approval of POs
- Monitoring receipt of goods and services
- Resolving invoice / PO match holds
- Managing catalogue content
- Ensuring payment of prompt pay discounts
- Managing queries of customers and suppliers
- Guarantee orders’ arrival to supplier
- Apply the relevant internal and external policies during the daily processing
- Responsible for continuous process improvement identification and implementation, risk and control self-assessment testing and review, customer escalations and metrics reporting (daily, weekly and monthly)
- Establish daily priorities and flow of work so as to ensure that timeliness and quality standards are met
- Ensure high-levels of Customer Service and satisfaction in a challenging Shared Services environment
- Ensure appropriate controls across the P2P processes are observed and properly evidenced
- Maintain service levels to customers, evidenced by KPIs
- Support a seamless interface with Accounts Payable.
- Liaise with internal & external customers
- Assist in audit and compliance efforts for department; including risk review, Self Assessment, COB/business monitoring and documentation of policies and procedures.

- Higher degree
- Fluent English and German language skills
- Additional French language skills - advantage
- Operational experience in a financial shared services environment is an advantage
- Commercial awareness
- Experience of Procurement applications (Oracle an advantage)
- Experience of working in an international context
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good level of numeracy skills
- Attention to Detail
- Team working Skills.
