- Support the clients in technical related problems through network or equipment monitoring - Complete Customer Helpdesk tasks - Analyse requests and problems and develop solution suggestions - Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems - Manage supplier activities
- Fluent English AND German knowledge - Experience in a similar position - Strong customer support knowledge - Good computer knowledge - Professional communication skills, customer orientation - Problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot technical issues - Proactive and dynamic personality - Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts
