The End Consumer and Customer Care Assistant Team responds to consumer and customer queries in a professional and friendly manner. We make life easy for our customers by providing timely solutions or we involve internal or external parties if necessary to find the best resolution. Belonging to the team is stimulating as we represent ESSO towards customers and this way we support our retail business. With that we have a clear insight on how our retail sites operate. We can also investigate a wide range of topics and gain a lot of knowledge and experience.

Our new End Consumer and Customer Care Assistant colleague will

  • investigate different scenarios to find the most appropriate solution for our customers
  • be the link between the customers and other interfaces (external and internal parties)
  • respond timely to any question or concern raised by customers
  • focus on the customers’ expectations while following company guidelines

Who we are looking for candidates who

  • Speak fluent English & German
  • Have accomplished or pursue ongoing BsC / MsC studies in any field
  • Have an excellent customer oriented mindset
  • Pay attention to details and accuracy
  • Are proactive and have flexible approach to problem solving
  • Are stress resilient and organized
  • Are good team players
  • Are adaptable to change
  • Have intermediate Excel knowledge
