On behalf our multinational partner we are looking for an Employer Branding & Communications Director.
- Setting up, executing, coordinating and measuring the result of the employer branding and communications strategies of the dynamically growing company.
- Managing one or multiple external agencies supporting the execution / tactical planning and implementation of the strategies.
- Setting up the strategy/policy parameters and procedure for Brand, PR and CR activities.
- Act as spokesperson for the Company if relevant, including by representation to external events .
- Handle Public Affairs, lobbying; influencing opinion-formers, Community Relations and Events.
- Ensures delivery of cohesive multi-stakeholder communications.
- Senior and highly experienced Employer Brand, Internal- and External Communications, PR & Corporate Relations professional with proven track record
- Relevant experience in managing complex communications programs in matrix organisational set-up
- Fluent English language knowledge
- College / university degree
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, influencing / stakeholder management skills
