At Aldermore we value expertise. We already have an effective Employee Communications Framework in place including a wide range of channels such as intranet news slider and home page, business bulletins, videos and face-to-face visits and forums. But we need your skills and experience to lead its delivery and provide a "go-to" expert for anyone seeking advice on employee communications.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs and accountable to the Communications Steering Group, you'll deliver an integrated, business-wide communications planning process which will ensure that all of our communications activity is ultimately aligned to and support our business priorities. Critically, you'll manage CEO communications such that the tone of voice is consistent and that opportunities are identified and transmitted clearly and distributed in a well-planned manner.
The highly effective way in which we communicate up and down the line helps to make us one of the most innovative and fastest growing banks in the UK. As our Employee Communications Manager you'll be hugely influential in continuing to build on our success. Championing Careers

In this fast moving environment changes happen fast and to stay in touch with or ahead of events you will need to have a proven track record of delivering high impact, best practice communications. Experienced at management level and with thorough understanding of the financial services sector, you should have a degree or professional qualifications, sound business acumen, strong intellect and excellent interpersonal skills particularly at senior management and director level.
