Our client is a worlwide player in the bank sector, for which we look for a Compliance Coordinator to their Budapest-based business services center.
- Manage on-going risk & controls and related reporting - Maintain an efficient operational loss reporting program - Work very closely with other teams to ensure full compliance to corporate policies and procedures - Ensure communication of corporate and operation policies, procedures and standards - Provide and/or facilitate trainings on policies and procedures as required - Supports Country teams during internal control reviews, internal audits and local regulatory reviews - Ensure quality and timely provision of deliverables; interfacing with audit
- Economics, Legal, Accounting or Finance Degree - Strong command of English and Hungarian, both spoken and written - Ability to work independently - Strong people management and communication skills - Good IT skills covering Microsoft Office products - Ability to influence people across the business to achieve results and to successfully execute assigned responsibilities
