Our client

Our client is a leading global financial services company. Currently we are looking for a new colleague in the position of Compensation SME.

Tasks

- Supporting the Compensation & Benefit team by providing guidance, taking part in recruiting team members and developing training plans
- Analyzing complex requests and handling escalation issues if necessary
- Participating in Re-engineering and Migration activities, leading and coordinating operations project
- Ensuring multiple country benefit administration and mobility related financial reporting is accurate
- Contributing to the end-to-end annual compensation and deferred cash processes
- Working with HR benefits team to implement changes in country benefits
- Working with users and stake-holders to identify system and process enhancements opportunities
- Participating in the review of internal audit controls, identifying improvements of controls working closely together with Risk & Control team

Requirements

- BSc or MSc Degree
- Fluent English
- Min 3-4 years of professional experience, people management experience is preferred
- Knowledge of HR business processes
- Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Robust negation and influencing skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Proficient user of MS programs

Advantageous

- French or Russian knowledge is an advantage
- Project Management experience
- Experience of HR Systems (PeopleSoft HRMS)
