eCommerce Loss Prevention Manager - London

TJX Europe is currently experiencing exciting growth and one of the areas with huge potential is E-Commerce.
In the role of E-Commerce Loss Prevention Manager you will be responsible for the whole of the E-Commerce operation from a Loss Prevention perspective, deploying resources to risk and developing a plan with operational partners to deliver a culture of control and policy adherence.
Working in partnership with E-Commerce Merchandising, Customer Services, Financial Control and the Supply Chain functions to implement effective shrinkage reduction strategies, you will also manage the day to day interactions with our third party vendors to highlight fraud patterns and work with the National Investigations Team and Police Forces to resolve significant crime.

An essential aspect of the role will be keeping abreast and recommending reduction strategies for all new and emerging E-Crime risks, collaborating with other TJX E-Commerce Loss Prevention functions and managing talent / succession planning to support the growth of the E-Commerce business.
Key responsibilities will be -
Physical Security:
•Creates culture of control
•Resolves concerns with business partners and/or escalates to senior manager
•Fosters a culture of ways to improve systems and escalates up the line and feeds back down the line
•Analyses and discusses results with business partners and agree actions to address concerns and improve execution against local plan

Crime Resolution:
•Plans the deployment of resources to risk and manages to agreed targets, ensuring the adherence to agreed functional Sop's
•Deploys resources to risk using analytical data, engaging partners to ensure effective and consistent plans and solutions that deter crime
•Validates local risks and develops plans to ensure deployment of resources to resolve
•Participates in and influences local partnerships to support TJXE shrink priorities
•Identifies and tracks crime trends, liaises with various police forces and manages criminal cases

Education & Awareness:
•Design and validate execution of programmes and training
•Design and validate awareness topics and implements in business area
•Validates data on risk and compliance, shares concerns with business partners and prioritises actions for improvement. Deploys resources to resolve issues

Operational Compliance:
•Monitors and prioritises all key areas of compliance with business partners and ensures consistent actions in place to resolve issues
•Partners to ensure parts of business area have appropriate actions in place to address exposures. Participates in meetings within business area and communicates across all in their area
•Responsible for resolving escalations and ensuring all in their business area are aware of and able to escalate non-compliance where appropriate.

People & Talent:
•Responsible for resourcing plan and recruitment within business area to support business growth
•Responsible for having an up to date succession plan. Participates in succession within wider business area
•Role models the values with his business partners in order to foster the right culture in business area
•Partners to validate level of knowledge within business area. Takes action to improve, and shares best practice with wider business

Key skills required -
•Strong understanding of end to end ECom process
•Experience in a managerial role in a similar environment
•A confident, enthusiastic and credible coach, an influential leader, an innovator, and a calculated risk taker
•Project management skills
•Able to implement and managing change
•Have a proven track record of investigations
•Is comfortable dealing with multiple levels within the organisation
•Demonstrate the ability to manage complexity
•Thinks long term
