E commerce Marketing Manager - London

The purpose of the E commerce Marketing Manager role is to drive traffic to the Uniqlo E-commerce site by managing E-Commerce marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Affiliate programs, Social, Email, etc), contribute to the development of the overall E-commerce business through leadership in projects and align with the Marketing team to ensure synergies and coherence between E-Commerce Marketing Channels and Digital Marketing Brand Campaigns.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Develop E-Commerce marketing channel strategy and budget to achieve overall E-Commerce objectives / targets
Develop customer contact / retention strategy
Ensure necessary content for campaigns are being developed and executed
Monitor performance of E-commerce marketing channels and adjust strategies /activities according to business performance
Manage external digital marketing agencies
Manage E-customer customer database, including analysis, segmentation and customer insights / analytics generation
Manage mobile app
Regular reporting / KPI management on E-commerce digital marketing activities
Provide insight / guidance to E-commerce website management team to enhance conversion rate
Work closely with Marketing team to ensure synergies between digital brand marketing and eCommerce marketing channels
Work closely with E-Commerce merchandising & website mgmt team to maximize conversion rate
Ensure continuous optimization of eCommerce marketing channels to drive greater traffic / conversion rate
Manage a two team members to deliver E-Commerce digital marketing objectives
Bachelor's degree required - preferably in management, E-commerce, marketing/media discipline
Minimum 4 years' experience in online / e-commerce
Experience in the retail sector, preferably in fashion OR experience working in a digital agency
Proven track record in managing e-commerce marketing channels
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Strong analytical skills, including a track record in leveraging data to generate insights which to feed into marketing campaigns
Creativity / innovative thinking to drive accelerated growth of the business
Result oriented
