Our client, an expanding multinational technology services and solutions company is looking for customer oriented individuals to work in full time positions.
- Escalate unsolved calls to the appropriate IT team, Network/Server Support team, Application Support team or PC Support team.
- Provide technical support over the phone and via e-mail to clients calling with simple or more complex IT problems -- Instruct users on usage of application systems.
- Translation of end user communications from English to Dutch
- Excellent command of Dutch AND high level of English
- Considerable familiarity with MS Office and Windows environment in general is highly appreciated.
