Dutch Speaking HR Team Leader

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate a mixed back and front office team of Dutch speaking professionals dealing with HR administration of the full employee lifecycle
  • Support the team members development
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensure efficient HR services for relevant parties
  • Provide an Advisory service across all employees and managers
  • Manage and escalate risks properly
  • Look for ways to improve process standardisation and continuous improvement
  • Ensure data integrity within various HR systems
  • Provide regular reports to all HR departments
  • Support and manage the successful implementation of new services/localizations/systems
Requirements:
  • Advanced Dutch and fluency in English
  • Experience in coordinating other’s work (eg. coordinator, senior or team lead)
  • Motivation for HR field
