Dutch Accounts Payable Associate

To our Budapest office we are currently seeking for:

 Dutch Accounts Payable Associate

Responsibilities:

Invoice processing

• Processing financial documents (invoices, credit notes, expense reports, comissions, internal memorandums) in a prompt and accurate manner

Inquiries handling

• Answering emails and phone calls regarding status of Vendor’s invoices, payments, PO issues.
• Maintain good business relationships with client and Vendors

Additional tasks

• Running payment run for third party Vendors as well as netting payment run
• Maintaining payment in transit accounts

Requirements:

• Fluent knowledge of English and Dutch languages
• Min. 1-3 years of experience in accounting (preferably in Accounts Payable Functionality)
• Graduate or equivalent in Finance and Accounting
• Basic knowledge of Invoice Processing, Payment, Query Management, Period End Accounting
• Good Communication skills
• Exposure to ERP Environment is preferred
